I fell in love with massages many years ago. In this busy, harried world, a massage instantly transports me to a place where tranquility and relaxation reign and there is absolutely nothing for me to do but take it all in.
Jesus said to consider the lilies of the field, they are more complex more beautifully arrayed than King Solomon. One simple Lily outdoes the splendor of Solomon and his court. Today we know that lilies are not simple at all. They are most complex. Similarly a fifteen hundred foot redwood tree is all contained in a tiny seed. That complicated and it's good.
But climate change solutions if you really need proof that the world has an energy problem just take a look at all the wars that have essentially been fought over this very problem. Oh, make no mistake about it. All that hubbub in the Middle East is about one thing and one thing onlyoil. And the US knows that it's days are numbered as far as relying on other sources for oil. As a result, we're in bit of a panic mode right now.
Last month, Fresno Bee reporter Mark Grossi posted an item saying Fresno ranked No. 2 in the country for ozone violations. Not bad but certainly not good.

Research the internet and ask friends (remember, you're not alone in feeling this way) for recommendations for low-cost and free mental health counseling. I am no substitute for a licensed counselor. But perhaps I can help by sharing why we ought to give up hopelessness before we give up hope.
Using my case as an example, I wanted for the longest time to discover what my purpose was, my calling if you will, in life. I knew I loved to write, I just couldn't figure out how to make that translate into an income (silly, I know!). In any event, I had no idea how to make that work so I asked someone I trust, an entrepreneur I know who's younger than me and in the six figures. From my solar panels perspective, he knows what he's talking about in the business and financial realms. He amazed me with a flurry of potential solutions to my problem in an instant. I don't think he batted an eyelash.
Right before my last massage, however, a brief interchange momentarily pilfered my anticipated pleasure. And it all happened because of a single word. A word that's used frequently but one that rubbed me the wrong way, as you will see.
I am always ready and willing to help someone take their eyes off of their current conditions so that they can look up, get up, and start moving forward. But, I am not going to just listen to negative after negative for hours and hours from someone who doesn't want to change.
